It is with great sadness one of our Millbrook maintenance employees and community members has passed – Art Kennedy. He enjoyed moose hunting on Hunter’s Mountain, family vacations, motorcycles, reading western novels and his prized coin collection. Art also loved being Millbrook’s Santa for many years.

In his honour and remembrance, the Millbrook Administration Office will be closing for the entire day, Friday October 22nd. This allows people to pay respects, spend additional time with family / friends of Art and for honouring his life.

The details for Art’s wake and funeral are below:

          Wake visitation will take place in Art’s home at # 62 Gerald Avenue, Millbrook beginning on Wednesday October 20th

          at 2 p.m. until the time of his funeral service.  

          Funeral service will be Friday October 22nd at 12 noon in Colchester Community Funeral Home, # 512 Willow St., Truro,

         NS. -- Rev. Phillip Kennedy officiating.
