The Millbrook Health Centre in Partnership with Community Resource Centre is now accepting names from young women in Grades 7 & 8.

Program is for 6 weeks on Thursday After school (3:30-5:15pm) with Facilitators Gudd Tomer (Community Resource Worker) & Tammy Bernard (Life coach & Wellness Counsellor).Transportation and snacks will be provided.Every participant will receive a gift at the completion of the program.
