Efficiency Nova Scotia Notice

We understand that many of our Mi’kmaw communities are taking measures with precautions, to keep their membership safe by restricting movement in and out of their communities, during this spike in COVID-19 spread. As a further measure, Efficiency Nova Scotia has suspended all in-home services across all of its programs, including the Mi’kmaw Home Energy Efficiency Project. Our delivery agent and contractors will be contacting participants soon to cancel all upcoming appointments.

This suspension of services is effective immediately and will remain in place until at least May 12th. We will continue to monitor public health directives and take direction from you on when your community is ready to start in-home services again nit`ap.
