If you have not received a COVID-19 vaccine and have questions about it, please call the health centre to book a phone appointment with a doctor or nurse who can help answer your questions about the vaccines.  Our next vaccine clinic is October 12. 

If you received your COVID-19 vaccine at the Millbrook Health Centre, you would have been given a copy of your proof of vaccine after your second dose or sent that by email.  If you received your COVID-19 Vaccine anywhere in NS and you need proof of vaccine, please go online at: https://novascotia.flow.canimmunize.ca/en/portal to print a copy or save as a picture on your phone.  If you’re not able to access your proof of vaccination through this portal, call 1-833-797-7772 for support.
