Millbrook First Nation Band Membership Transfer for 2025

The Membership Transfer Vote will be held June 20, 2025 

Application Deadline is March 5, 2025.

 Transfer Applicants wishing to have their name transferred to the MFN Membership List must go through a Membership Transfer Vote and receive a Majority Vote in order to be added to the MFN Membership List. 

 All MFN Members aged eighteen (18) and older are eligible to vote at a Membership Transfer Vote. 

 Membership Transfer Votes are set by Chief and Council, by Band Council Resolution, every five (5) years to deal with Transfer Applicants wishing to transfer their Band membership to the MFN Membership List and who meet the requirements set out in in this Policy.
