Hi Everyone, Lunch cheques from March will be going out next week, with a hopeful date of being put in the mail by April 15th,All students will receive funds for 10 days for March. ALL cheques will be mailed (on and off reserve so if you typically picked up your cheque it will be put in the mail). If your address has changed since you applied in September please send me your updated address ASAP to my email at edudir@eastlink.ca. Student will also receive a payment of $125.00 each to support their at home learning, this amount will be combine with the March Lunch allowance to reduce the amount of cheques. Thank you, and hope everyone is staying home and staying safe while continuing their learning online.

Grade 12 and Grade 12 Parents, 

If you missed the email and the allotted time to make an appointment at CEC for you/your child to pick up technology, the principal has agreed to make some time for us Friday morning (tomorrow) by appointment only to pick up needed technology, 

You will need to send bill an email to make an appointment for tomorrow morning if you would like to use this service,

Please see attached the email that was sent out, please read it’s entirety before booking an appointment with the principal to visit the school, 

I do not have any further or exact details on how the rest of the year will work at this time, just the details given in the attached letter

I am looking for a parent representative to accompany me on the Community Liaison Committee (CLC)  with CCRCE, this committee was designed to discuss curriculum, operational and student support considerations as the transitions are being planned. This committee will also be posting their minutes within two working days of each meeting, and I will make sure to share them with the community as well.

Truro Junior 20-25 mins later than usual

CEC > 5 mins later than usual

The homework club will be canceled at CEC and TJHS for today.

Chris’s bus is in the shop for the rest of the day so Mike will be doing both runs this afternoon! Please accept the following delays
Truro Elementary 10-15 mins later than usual
Truro Junior 20-25 mins later than usual
CEC > 5 mins later than usual

Mike will also be doing Chris’ Elementary run first and dropping the kids to language, and then do his normal run.
